Auction Report – Land at Dinwoodie

The Land and Building Plot at Dinwoodie, Johnstonebridge, Lockerbie was offered for sale in Two Lots and as a Whole at 1pm on Tuesday 24th June 2008 within the Queens Hotel, Lockerbie.

There was very little interest in the land in Lots, but when the property was offered for sale as a Whole bidding opened at £1.25 million and eventually increased to £1.48 million whereupon it was withdrawn from the auction and a sale agreed at an enhanced figure immediately afterwards to a local farmer and businessman.
