Scottish Single Farm Payment Entitlement Trading

We are now trading Scottish Entitlements privately prior to the deadline for trading Entitlements, without land, on the 2nd April. This will then enable buyers to claim the Single Payment in 2010.

If you are interested in trading Entitlements with us then please complete the attached Instruction Form and SEERAD Agent Authorisation and return them both to us as soon as possible. We would like to draw your attention to our terms of business which can be found on the rear of the Instruction Form. In particular we ask that C & D Property Services are instructed as Sole Agents to ensure that the same Entitlement is not traded twice by different Agents. All proceeds will be held by us as Stakeholder until confirmation letters are received from SEERAD although you will receive all interest that accrues whilst money is in our Clients Account. Our commission rates will be 4% for sales of Entitlements.

If you would like to sell Entitlements then please complete the attached instruction form and then either e-mail or post it back to us with evidence showing what Entitlements you have been awarded i.e. copies of the latest statement of entitlements from SEERAD in Scotland.
