Scottish Single Farm Payment Entitlement Trading

To sell your entitlements without land you must either have activated at least 80% of the entitlement (eg you have claimed payment on them, and you have met the conditions of the scheme to be paid on them), or given up voluntarily to the National Reserve all the entitlements that you have not activated in the first year of the Single Farm Payment Scheme, leaving the remaining amount to be sold.

If you would like to sell Entitlements then please complete the attached instruction form and then either e-mail or post it back to us with evidence showing what Entitlements you have been awarded i.e. copies of the first two pages of your 2011 Single Application Form or latest statements of entitlements from SGRPID confirming that the entitlements have been definitively established in Scotland.
