English Single Farm Payment Entitlement Trading

If your allocation of entitlement has increased by more than 20% because of a successful application to the National Reserve, or if you have consolidated your entitlement in 2005, then you cannot transfer any of your entitlements until you have claimed payment on them for 5 years.

To sell your entitlements without land you must either have activated at least 80% of the entitlement (eg you have claimed payment on them, and you have met the conditions of the scheme to be paid on them), or given up voluntarily to the National Reserve all the entitlements that you have not activated in the first year of the Single Farm Payment Scheme, leaving the remaining amount to be sold.

If you would like to sell Entitlements then please complete the attached instruction form and then either e-mail or post it back to us with evidence showing what Entitlements you have been awarded i.e.copies of the 2011 Entitlement Statement indicating that entitlements have been definitively established.
